Sancreed Parish Council is pleased that the re-furbished fingerpost from Drift crossroads is now re-installed. The Parish Council were able to fund the refurbishments and would like to thank Cornwall Council Highways for undertaking the re-installation.
The re-installation didn’t go without a hitch – but Cornwall Council have been informed that some cables were disturbed during the work. They are prioritising sorting this out.
As you see, we have been able to have the Sancreed ‘finger’ prefabricated as part of the refurbishment and the fingerpost has a snazzy new coat of paint. We are in process of trying to track down the cap from the post which has gone astray!
