Sancreed Parish Council is inviting Sealed Tenders for its Landscape Maintenance Partnership (LMP) contract 2024/25. There will be the opportunity to roll this contract over for three years until the end of the 2026/27 financial year.

The successful contractor is required to bill the Parish Council monthly detailing the cuts made/path numbers.
DEADLINE: All Tenders must arrive with the Clerk by 5pm on Friday 8th March 2024 (including those sent via post).
The selection will be via a ‘sealed bid’ scenario where Councillors will not know the identity of the contractors to allow for a fair award. Selection is based on value to the Parish Council (which is not the same as the lowest quote). There will be no sharing of contractors details or quotes.
